Exchange & returns

We understand all too well that sometimes you’re not completely happy with your purchase. Can’t you pull your helmet over your head, or is it quite the opposite and can you spin the helmet around your head? Did you buy a pair of trousers that are slightly too tight? Does the colour of your motorcycle jacket curse with your motorcycle or is it simply uncomfortable? We don’t care what the reason is: at FortaMoto we’re not difficult.

30 days returns

Instead of the legal 14 days, FortaMoto gives you 30 days to return your order! You may return your order within 30 days without stating your reason. The product must of course be unused, equipped with all the original stickers, tags, labels and packaging.

Exchanging or returning is very straightforward:

1. Circle the product to be returned on packing slip
2. Tick the applicable box on the rear of the packing slip, stating if you want to return or exchange the product.
3. Send the package, including the shipping invoice and with sufficient postage stamps, to the following address:

We will process the return shipment as soon as we receive it. We will verify whether the product has been used or damaged. After this we will send you the desired product as quickly as possible, or we will return your payment within 5 working days.

IMPORTANT! When returning from outside the EU mark the package as RETURN/EXCHANGE. Otherwise duty costs have to be paid to customs.
