Schuberth C4 test winner
Every year the German motorcycle magazine Motorrad does a big helmet test. This year it was time to test some flip up helmets. 12 flip up motorcycle helmets were selected from a varying price range. The Schuberth C4 was voted the best helmet in this test.
The C4 managed to score 88 of the 100 points, divided over 8 categories. It even scored the maximum score on wearing comfort, aerodynamics and features.
Other positive points were the low level of noise in the helmet, the good ventilation and the easy-to-operate chin bar.
But the testers also had some criticism regarding the Schuberth C4. They think the price is a little high, the sun visor should come down a little further and the helmet scored under average during the shock absorption test.
Final score: 88 out of 100 points, "Very good".
