How does the custom-fit measuring process work?

To create your custom-molded earplugs (otoplastics), we require so-called prints of both your ears. These prints (or moulds) are made during an appointment with us in one of our shops in the Netherlands. Before we do this, we will first check if your ears are clean and free of obstructions. If this is not the case, then we will have to reschedule the appointment. That is why we recommend visiting your local GP to clean your ears before making an appointment for custom-fit earplugs. We also recommend ensuring that your ears are free of hairs.

After we have obtained the prints, we will choose a filter, colour, and any optional extras together. You will then be required to pay for the order. The earplugs will be delivered to the shop you visited within 5 to 10 working days. Once they are ready for you in-store, we will invite you to take them away after a final 'leak test' to ensure the plugs offer sufficient dampening.
