Caberg Droid Flip Up Helmets

The Droid is a new flip up helmet by Caberg. The helmet is very well suited for naked bike riders thanks to its aggressive appearance, however the many included options make it a helmet suitable for touring riders too.

Weighing in at around 1550 grams, it is safe to say that this polycarbonate helmet is actually reasonably light. Especially if you consider that the Caberg Droid features pretty much everything you would expect from a decent motorcycle helmet. The helmet has an integrated sun visor, the interior is removable, it is prepared for wearers of glasses and installing a communication system is also not a problem.

This Caberg Droid also has double homologation, thanks to a slider on the left side of the helmet – you can lock the chin bar into place. The benefit of this is that when you’re riding with your chin bar open and the slider in lock position, then the helmet’s chin bar cannot suddenly fall down.
